Virtual Consult Appointments – Phone and Video Consults
What is a virtual consultation?
These include phone and video consultations and encourage patients to use these options if they do not need to see a Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Practice Nurse.
Freephone 0800760160 to request a phone or video consult.
What do I need to have for a virtual video consult?
You will need to have the following:
– a computer or laptop with a camera, a tablet, or a smartphone.

Be assured your information is secure and private as information will not be stored in the video or phone consult. Your virtual consult will be treated the same as if you visited the doctor, nurse practitioner, or practice nurse In-Person. Remember to keep yourself safe online too.

How do I pay for my virtual video consult?
You will receive a text or email with the cost, bank account details for internet banking, and your NHI (National Health Index) number to use as a reference.
