The Kaupapa Māori Te Ara Tūhono Navigate ACC Service has been established to help whānau needing support to navigate ACC. This is a free service that is independent from ACC.
We offer regional based support so that clients can access information and guidance, be confident, pro-active, and participate in achieving their “hauoranga” (wellbeing) in a
culturally appropriate way.
Eligibility:
• Living locally in the region and believe they are eligable for cover of a personal injury.
• Any person who needs to lodge, progress or review an ACC claim.
• Any person seeking navigation support or guidance throughout their ACC journey.
• Any person enquiring about ACC entitlements and treatment options.
