A standard appointment is up to 20 minutes. If an extended appointment is required, this will be advised at the time of booking.
A charge will be applied if you Do Not Attend (DNA) your appointment and do not advise the practice.
All patients are entitled to have a support person with them for an appointment.
Face-to-face Consultations:
Face-to-face consultations are avaliable at our main clinic in Bethlehem or at our satellite clinics – Waipu Hauora (Matapihi), Te Awanui Hauora (Matakana Island) and Mōtiti Hauroa (Mōtītī Island).
Virtual Consultations:
Virtual consultations are avaliable, these include phone and video consultations.
You will need to have the following for video consultaions:
– a computer or laptop with a camera, a tablet, or a smartphone.
– good internet connection. Data is ok, but WiFi is preferable for better call quality.
Be assured your information is secure and private as information will not be stored in the video or phone consult. Your virtual consult will be treated the same as if you visited the doctor, nurse practitioner, or practice nurse in-person.
